Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care is an independent, locally owned business dedicated to delivering world class customer service. It just so happens that we also clean carpets, rugs, tiles & grout, upholstery; reseal grout, repair rugs, stretch and install carpet, and clean air ducts. The quality of our work reflects in our 5-star Better Business Bureau, Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Home Advisor reviews. We use state-of-the-art, truck mounted equipment and deep steam clean at 240°F, 32°F above water’s boiling point at 5,280 feet above sea level (water in Denver boils at 208°F). Customers have been habituated to poor goods, indifferent service. As long as it is not overtly bad, they will more or less return because “they are no worse than competitors.” We do not live in this headspace. No one calculates the cost of offending so many customers.
