Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care is an independent, locally owned business dedicated to delivering world class customer service. It just so happens that we also clean carpets, rugs; stone, masonry, and ceramic tiles & grout; upholstery, mattresses, and vehicle cloth interiors; reseal grout, and repair, restore, and seal oriental and occidental rugs. The quality of our work reflects in our 5-star Google reviews. Whereas our competitors will gloss-over a home in 30-40 minutes (and with one staff cleaner), at Red Rocks we are so thorough, so detailed, that the same project takes us at least 1.5 hours (we use two staff cleaners per home). We use state-of-the-art, truck mounted equipment and deep steam clean at 240°F, 32°F above water's boiling point at 5,280 feet above sea level (water in Denver boils at 208°F). We are experts at neutralizing pet stains, at deep cleaning wool and synthetically-yarned carpets, highline rugs, flooring surfaces and various upholstery.
Our clients range from residential to commercial, and we actively serve apartment complexes, health clinics, real estate agents, and the largest realtor organization in Colorado: the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). We are the only carpet cleaner in Colorado that is 5-star rated, accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and affiliated with SMDRA.
The vast majority of other companies, in particular the national brand names, do not care much about customer service.
